These terms cover use of the Prevail booking website and app, operated by Prevail Pilates & Personal Training ("Prevail", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Sessions can be booked up to a month in advance, subject to availability. If you're unable to attend a booked session, please give at least 24 hours' notice so it can be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time cannot be refunded, but can still be rebooked if cancelled in good time. Payment is arranged directly with your trainer and is not processed within the app.
Before your first session, you'll complete a health screening questionnaire, a standard pre-exercise readiness check (PAR-Q), and an informed consent agreement covering the risks of physical training. Participation in any session is subject to you having completed and accurately answered these — please tell your trainer about any change in your health or circumstances that might affect your ability to train safely.
Keep your login details (password, or access to the email address used for magic-link sign-in) secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person, please.
We aim to keep the booking app available and working correctly but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — occasional downtime for maintenance or fixes may occur.
This section covers the booking software itself. The physical risks and liability terms specific to training sessions are covered separately in the Informed Consent & Disclaimer you complete before your first session. To the extent permitted by law, Prevail isn't liable for losses arising from use of the booking app itself (e.g. a technical fault), beyond what's required by UK consumer law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
